i have a query please answer this, after passing the exams and the interview of css, training kis region me hoti hai,same region me jahan apne exam diye hain and ap belong karte ho ya kahin aur region me?

All the finally allocated candidates go through 2 phases of training; firstly Common Training Program(ctp) and secondly Special Training Program(stp). Ctp is held at Civil Services Academy(csa), Lahore together for all the candidates belonging to different groups, whereas, stp is held separately for each group in different cities, e.g. Stp of DMG/PAS officers is held at Lahore while those in PSP go to National Police Academy(npa), Islamabad for their stp.

both training sessions are compulsory? likewise ctp and stp?
and does all the selected candidates allocated in any group has to do these training sessions? kya sab posts and groups ke liye training hoti hai?

Yes CTP and STP are compulsory.

I guess it's 7-8 months for ctp and and almost same for stp. I would request someone senior to confirm this.
