Default A Few Questions about FSP as service

Hi. I have a few questiins regarding FSP: Q1. Is FSP an ideal service? Without any pressure or responsibilities, Kids and family enjoying lives at best?
Q2. Are FSP officers very highly paid? I heard they save 40/50 lacs when they return to Pak after 3 year posting?
Q3. What is the tenure of foreign postings and stay in Pak? 6 years abroad and 3 years in Pak?
Q4. After serving in developed countries (US, Canada) / developing countries ( Azerbaijan etc) , are FSP officers posted in Africa and 3rd world as well?
Q5. Do people stay in 1 country longer than 3 years? I heard a few cases where some ppl get stuck in Africa for a long period. Does dat happen?
Q6. Is this group good for lower class family people who have to support parents n younger siblings at home not just financially but also guiding them in their lives?
