Serving FSP officers
Hi everyone,
I am aspiring for CE-2014. One of my main reasons for undertaking this exam is to try and get into the FSP. However, I have been discouraged by a few people regarding this group for several different reasons. I am currently studying abroad but will be back by the end of this month (I live in Rawalpindi). I was wondering if it would be possible for me to meet any FSP(s) during the summer? It doesn't matter if you have been formally inducted into the service or you are still going through STP. If possible, please let me know and I'll try to contact you once I am back. Thank you in advance. Regards, Ahmed

Foriegn Service or DMG
I am aspirant 4 css2014. one reason is to i want to enjoy power and fame. and 2nd reason is earn money but from HALAL sources. Which group is best in both respects.. plz reply and advice me

FSP has its own charm because you will be treated like a diplomat everywhere. In Pakistan, you will get the opportunity to talk to foreign delegations and you can also become a part of it. While posted abroad, you get many perks and privileges and almost everything is paid by govt , even entertainment allowance is there. Ofcourse, there are people who dont find this group attractive because there priorities are different (power, authority, fame)So FSP ppl often avail there attempts to get into PSP or DMG. However, there are many candidates who keep FSP at their first preference because of its good lifestyle  Its better to avoid discouraging people when it comes to occupationl groups of css. I know many seniors who are in FSP and are happy with it.

Fsp
slam....
iam aspirant for 2013. would like to join fsp. but have many apprehensions.. What about family if someone is solely responsible for his/her family? whats the pay package?? i have heard postings are made on refrences.. and people without refrences are sent to third rated countries.. like sudan. for hw long the postings last in one particular country?? what about perks??? diplomats are requested to come up with elaborate replies plz...... thx.....
