People choose DMG and Police for fame in excitement. later on, they repent their choice because dmg & police needs a certain temperament. Ultimately no 1 cares your fame.

Hello,
I am new to this forum and have a query. What about the country to which an FSP officer is posted? Does it depend on merit among the FSP officers or is it completely up to the ministry? Waiting for reply. Thanks

1st posting totally depends on your merit. Afterwards, it is your calibre and performance. If you are good in your job, you will remain at good stations like EU or Americas.
It is the only top group in CSS where postings are not political till grade 20 since politicians have no interest in FSP. So go for FSP and dont waste your life in PAS/PSP etc.

I heard from someone that after allocation FSP group to a candidate, he will be posted as section officer. Just 25000 salary, no perks etc. Sometimes, don't have your office and you have to work with your subordinate. Is it true?
