Thanks for agreeing to my points. Actually You have almost gone through STP, and you know it. With the balanced comments of such neutral officers as you, i believe many misconceptions about CSS will stand obliterated.

Bro i think i have answered you question in detail. There is no need to delve into it further. Once you are in OMG via Promotional exam, you will enjoy same perks. Senior OMG officers dont discriminate promotion exam officers. they own them. Cheer up now.

Usually promotional exam S.Os are found having Weaker Command over English and if you are not that old and your English is Good then you go up like CSPs.

One of my friend's brother from balochistan he also passed the CSS exam and he was allocated in omg and now he is in training first he was also not that much happy but he is now. He studied approximately 12 hours per day for one year and now I am preparing for engineering entry test inshallah I will also appear in CSS exam soon I wished to allocate in fsp rather than in pas or PSP my high priority will be fsp than dmg and then any one. I desire to go to foreign countries which is my dream and this dream is resisting me to sleep. Here in balochistan all of people are saying that don't study you will not get a job. My answer is always that it doesnt matter if I will not get a job at least I will not be illitrate like them atleast I will show the right way to others the advantages of education so pleaseeeee don't forget me in your estimable prayers...
