salam dear desert girl?///////////

for to complete a dream of PSP you have to work hard if u want to apear in CE2011

first u make stategy to allocate in PSP . You should see that in which persentage people get psp. Therefore, accordinf to that you should make your staratgy . i.e i m from rural sindh and in our area psp allocate under the 700 marks . so you check your region first ok thnx

Dream is not that which u see while sleeping rather dream is that which does not allow u to sleep.

It can be good for those who do keep themselves alive in an imaginative world but reality is something different.
Being a css forum member,i would suggest u instead of dreaming npa you should focus over your preparation, work hard, kill your desires, forget each and everything just focus on what u have dreamt for, then u will certainly be one among the female psp officers.
however, you should Make this dream as your planning and make it as important as food

As far future of female psp officers is concerned, this is a social job for this u will have to be more social because while holding a district u will have to be remained in contact with your seniors, politicians and local representatives
and most of them would be males.

Anyhow,wish u best of luck.

Regards

hahhaa....
we are all here crazy about joining NPA as PSP as sooner as possible.
but u know what.
this requires a serious and voracious study and hardwork of some months and may be a year.
of course there are some female PSPs serving in the deparetment.
u know? u hv just to pass the CSS.u dun need to score like a topper.just clear the css exam and get urself allocated as PSP through women quota.

but....
do u find urself brave enough to encounter face to face some people like the terrorists who attacked quadiyanis in lahore?
this needs a brave heart and courage.i find myself suitable for this job. do u??? we hv to be at the forefront during these encounters.

It isn't that much easy. Check 2008 allocation for Punjab. The last candidate to get allocated to PSP on merit is on merit # 56, while the female who got the one reserved seat has merit # 69. I don think scoring 69 position overall is a child's play.

Asslamulaikum,

"Dream is the interpretation of thoughts of un-consciousness"!!!

Dear!!!

""""Nothing is impossible before a willing heart""""""""!!

Don't discourage the aspirants, whom see themselves allocated in PSP,it is obviously possible, but also a hard nut to crack.
Study voraciously, technically, and with open heart....Inshallah You will have it, if Allah wills?

Serving in PSP is also not the task of every tom dick and harry, here you have to face humans of each calibre, terrorist, land mafia, robbers, killers etc
But the person who joins police department as an ASP,nothing is difficult for him, either he/she would be DPO/SDPO or any other such commanding authority seat...!!
So, wish you best of luck..

Regards

Dreams can be turned into reality according to me, but one must do the following acts:

1- One must work endlessly and limitlessly,
2- One must be determined,
3- And lastly, one must have a lot of prayers riding on one's back.

@desertGirl,

Good to see your passion for PSP...But I personaly believe PSP is not suitable for females....Field work is difficult for them...if you wish to do office work y not DMG...?

If u wish to help the oppressed masses, then law field is a good choice for you....

What I recommended you is practical....But even if u wish to go for PSP....just work harder. You can get that as there is 10% female quota ..............

.Best of luck..

yeah i believe that dream is that which doesnot not allow you to sleep and thats the dream which made a girl (who used to study just a single nihgt for LLB exams) to study four hours a day means till CE2011 i can study 1200 hours with rate even see the difference 12 hours for LLB and 1200 for the same subject for CSS.... and as for as being social is concerned so i am, i belong to a political background and i am working with human rights organization and also working for women development in FATA and even had sittings with tribles leaders(Maharan) and discussed many social and political issues with them..

@FROMQAU:
