Bureaucrats are known as Civil Servants because they are here to serve the people, not to rule them. Unfortunately, some bureaucrats consider themselves kings. Our taxes pay their salaries and they are our servants who should be responsible for what they do. We should improve our mindset. Unfortunately, the establishment has corrupted our minds.

Our country is tired of a bureaucratic muddle. We need honest officers who have no desire for worldly wealth or power. Such officers exist and are well respected in society. If hum apni soch badlein ge to hi baat banay gi. Dil pay lagni chahiye.

Dear its a fact that since the independence of Pakistan, the bureaucracy looted it. here i wants to to explain a quotation that in a constitutional sessions preside by the then Governor General Pakistan his excellency Mr. Muhammad Ali Jinnah see that there are so many items of eatables on the table. Mr. Jinnah said it is poor country and why we waste our money, in future only water will present before the members of the discussions" now there is no one for asking to any one.
