Default Ladies ASP

I don't know whether this is related thread or not, my querry is regarding ladies ASP. I have two questions.
1. After STP do ladies ASP go for Elite training course or not? (40 days elite training course at Badian, Lahore)
2. As an ASP spends first three years of services in a province other than the home province, does this rule apply to ladies ASP too or not?

Yes, female ASPs also undergo elite training course. But this course has been shifted to Islamabad from Badian due to security reasons.

Female CSS Officers have the privilege of being posted in their home districts or in case of married female officers, the district in which their husband is living (Wedlock policy allows female govt officer to be posted in the district where her husband is living)
