By the way, dropbox/google_drive has less storage capacity i.e. 2GB
i have saved in a file ,,kindly tell me how to share it here?

In which folder have you uploaded file? I am unable to download it and you are able to download it may be because you are signed in with your account.

When you will open your ONE_DRIVE account, four folder will appear on your screen. Those will be Documents, Email attachments, Pictures and Public.

Click on Public folder to open it. There you will find option of 'upload' below address bar. Upload files here.

Please make sure, you have shared link of Public folder otherwise only the owner of account (who has uploaded file) will be able to download file.

there are only 2 files documents and pictures..where are rest of the two?

Please check again. By default there must be four folders.

If you have only two folder, you can make DOCUMENTS folder public by following steps mentioned in website

Only read: "How to Share OneDrive Files Using Links"
