Default Point out mistakes in my passage

As Ghani sworned in as the new President of Afghanistan. It seemed, that he has come up with some objectives. First, to mend relations with Pakistan. Second, to use Pakistan's influence over Taliban and bring them at the table. Isalamabad responded him well; for the first time Political and Military Stewardship of both the countries came closer to each other. The decades long hostility was Paused; Pakistan promised them, that Islamabad will bring Afghan Taliban at the table for peace talk, but it took a bit long. Which rimmed President Ghani in frustration. It is not easiy to bring the decades long fighters at the table in just a month. Obviously it will take time. Probably, Ghani can understan this, But the recently signed MOU by ISI and NDS engendered too many hurdles for President Ghani in the reconcilliation Process, Because the Pak-Afghan reconcilliation and especially the MOU is loathsome to India.Billions of dollars were being spent by India in Afghanistan, For the purpose to gain influence on Afghan Soil, and the Pak-Afghan ties will diminished the Indian influence. Therefore, India ignited dissidents of Pakistan in Afghanistan to sabotage the ongoing reconcilliation process between the two countries. The salient role is of the Former President Qarzai in this. He and some other Afghan Leaders have become blind in the hostility of Pakistan, and are dancing at the Indian Tune. Anti Pakistan Afghan leaders were used by India to pressurize Ghani for cutting off all the ties with Pakistan. They have besiged Ghani, and have increased the frustration of him. Highly Pressurized and frustrated President Ghani in his recent oration mentioned that, If Pakistan did not come up with its promises, so we will cancel all the deals with Pakistan. If the deals are cancelled, Who will be beneficial? Afghanistan, India or Pakistan? neither Afghanistan nor Pakistan, but India; Because India is neither Sharing border With nor they have any sympathy with Afghanistan, But India want to use Afghan Soil against Pakistan. Which will never be in the interest of Afghanistan. Anti Pakistan leaders of Afghanistan should come out of the hostility, and should ponder on it, wether India is in the interest of Afghanistan or Pakistan. If this reconcilliation Process is sabotaged, so the decades long hostility will be revived, which will be disastrous for the entire region, because soil be of Afghanistan, and fight will be between ISI and Raw and it will have negative impacts on Pakistan too.For Avoiding this, First Afghans should refrain their selves from anti Pakistan Policy, it will not give anything to Afghanistan, except destruction, and Second Pakistan should come up with its promises as quickly as it can, that Ghani frustration might not reach to such an extent, that he cuts off all the ties with Pakistan.

Please point out my mistakes,Is there coherence in the sentence & second ,is it grammatically right or not?
Please ,I shall be greatly thank full of yours ..

You have used comma incorrectly in many places. Some grammatical mistakes are also there.
