Can you explain what this idiom means: " Stop trying to pull the wool over my eyes"?

Brother Satan,
The site is working fine. I'm accessing it through a download manager. But I am sure there is some clandestine code trying to connect to PCs through a Trojan Client on a particular port. I am forgetting the name of the trojan by the time. It's just a word of caution for everybody to be careful. People must make sure they access the site with an internet firewall. For Sibgha: pull the wool over someone's eyes -> deceive someone by telling untruths. NO need of thanks! Regards, Adil Memon
