plz suggest how the title of precise should be written i mean whether it should be in capital letters or small letters plz do give me favour nd tell which amongst the following is the best way to present the topic of precise.

1=Slaying the dragon

2=Slaying The Dragon

3=Slaying the Dragon

4=SLAYING THE DRAG0N

in my humble opinion, a title must be written in a title case with is option no. 3

Title no 3 is the only best option rather the appropriate one..
