I am using the Sage dictionary(English to English). It is an extensive dictionary with synonyms and antonyms with good examples of usage.
Another one is WordInn dictionary(English to Urdu). It will give you some idea about the urdu meaning but the usage of words in English is not very good.
You can download both of these dictionaries from download.com

A still better option for reading online is to download a dictionary addon for firefox browser which displays the meaning of a highlighted word right there.Search on google for 'firefox dictionary addon'
