I have a lot of problem in making English phrases, clauses and punctuation. Please help me.

For improvement of all these you need to improve the basic grammatical skills including tenses, rules, etc. and this can be done by consulting good grammar book. You may consult:
  • High school English grammar by Wren and Martin
