Insha Allah from now and onwards i will posting Idioms in this thread.

(A)

1. A Bird in the hand is worth two in the Bush:- (Having something that is certain is much better than taking a risk for more,because chances are you might lose everything)

2. A Drop in the bucket:- (A very small part of something big or whole).

3. A Leopard can't change his spots:- (You can't change who you are).

4. A Slap on the Wrist:- (A very mild punishment).

5. An Axe To Grind:- (To have a dispute with someone).

Reconsider your idiom no. 5. The meaning you provided is wrong. "To have an axe to grind" stands for "To have private reasons for being involved in sth or for arguing for a particular cause"-Oxford Advanced Learner's Dictionary 7th edition. Regards

I think both are same
"arguing for a particular cause" means having a dispute

Both are not the same. Kindly read again and try to comprehend the actual meaning of the idiom. It means to have one's vested interests in a matter.
