Default Plz check my expansion on "Every Solution Breeds A New Problem"

The dictum suggests us no to deem any problem to be resolved utterly following its solution;as the unraveling of any trouble begets another one.Self-evidently,one's life fitfully undergoes good and bad situations, both being irrefutably transient in nature. They appear often as if they have vanished away;however,in essence they re-emerge depicting an unexpected shape.
A person-having disgruntled with his financial crisis-sometimes prefer corrupt practices to extricate himself off the predicament;but,he must not become oblivion of the dire consequences if he gets prosecuted and eventually brought to the book. The evolution of information technology has made life easier to a greater extent;though,it has also engendered evils such as viruses and cyber theft.Furthermore, the medicines which are used conventionally to eradicate a number of ailments have also considerable degree of side effects.
The US-led war against terrorism-waged against the malefactors more than a decade ago,in which our country was a chief ally-was explicitly aimed at diminishing the militant outfits.Notwithstanding with the fact, the law and order situation has kept on retrograding in our country since then.
Nonetheless,it is unwise to consider a difficulty to be surmounted completely as a consequence of its solution.Subsequently, one must be courageously prepared to confront another one.Lastly, one can infallibly affirm that "Every Solution Breeds A New Problem".

No disrespect.

Not a good one if you really want to fetch some good marks.
your loopholes:

1. never write in first person perspective. prefer third person.
2. your extravagant use of hard vocabulary does not support your quality of material. this point is potent enough to fail you right away.
3. not an organized expansion. totally directionless.
4. "notwithstanding" is always a single word and is never followed by 'with'.
5. etc etc

remember, write in simple words, organize your expansion, and give some direction to it.

Dear i appreciate your valuable comments. But i disagree with you in most of the aspects. You said I had used hard vocabulary. Can you elaborate how?The words which i have used are quiet often used in written language and are definitely not the high frequency words such as eerie,roue...Simplicity does not mean to writing just infantile language lacking good expressions.I think the usage of correct and good vocabulary pave the way to fetch good marks.Consider an example:To render services or To give services.Which would you prefer?Although the latter is much simple.
You sorted out it was a directionless expansion. If I am not wrong then the general and viable rules to write an expansion are the following:
1-To describe meaning and significance of the proverb in one paragraph.
2-To provide at least one positive idea resembling the maxim in 2nd paragraph.
3-To give a real life example analogous to theme of the proverb.
4-Finally,to renderring a conclusion.
Keeping in view the above steps,I dont think that i fell short of any of the aforementioned guidelines.
Thank you very much
