Industrial society has reached to its logical end?
The proposition reveals the philosophy of industrial society. The adage revolves around the argument, either industrial society would reach at its end or not? In fact industrial sector has emerged at the horse's pace since the industrial revolution. The science and technology has played a very crucial role in developing the industries. The industrial sector has brought revolution in all spheres of life. Moreover it became a major milestone for economic progress. If the industry would reach at its end it might cripple the country’s economy. The world witnessed the industrial revolution in the eighteenth century. Since then it has been consistently improving with the help of scientific research and technology. It has marked remarkable success in each walk of life. Western countries used the industry as an important tool to make surplus production, which render economic boom in the country. Industrial revolution increased the production and this surplus production made the country capable enough to export some of her products to increase the graph of the economy. Moreover industrial zone is capable to create a bound employment opportunities. Ultimately they got success to steer the country to peace and prosperity. Meanwhile, most of the industries were working on the steam engine using coal as a fuel. Coal has a low specific heat value and unfriendly to the atmosphere. In the mean time crude oil was discovered to overcome the unfavorable situation. The point of concern is that the industries did not collapse or cripple but switched from coal to oil. All that means that the industry is not made to come at logical end. Moreover Pakistan has been struggling to make a strong industrial sector. Several industrial reforms are adopted to improve the detrioting situation of industries. Unfortunately it is moving at a tortoise’s pace. Consequently weak industrial society not only cripples the economy of the country but also render employment. In this context it would be not be wrong to say that a strong and well establish an industrial society is milestone of success for any nation and steer the nation to peace and tranquillity. In a nutshell the industrial society will never come to an end. If it does so it would be the day of mourn throughout the world. |

What is logical end ? it can be dealt in both ways...one destruction and the other prosperity. Like logical end of industrial revolution can be improvement in quality of life of human beings...if that is logical end then it has played a significant role. On the other hand if it is taken in terms of harming the cause of humanity then how it has damaged and how it is going to impact the future. You can quote the pollution, global warming , capitalistic approach of the society etc. second point you can add like agriculture share has gone down in developed countries and share of services sector is going upward. Global village, work in stages, agriculture, industry, services , so one country share is decreasing or increasing in particular sector , at the same time being compensated at some other place. One positive point you can add that with environment friendly sources of energy , can minimize the damage it has done to environment. Thanks |

Similarly, you can add religious perspective in more detail . On the day of judgement , one has to be answerable for all the blessings of Allah he enjoyed. Lower the means, easier to justify or one should not be grievous about worldly desires, goal must be to achieve the success of hereafter. Envy makes a person self serving and he may be guilty of trampling the rights of the others for which he will be held accountable etc. |

Check out this expansion, please.
Life without Philosophy Is Like a Ship without Rudder(2008) Life without philosophy is as silent as fish. Philosophy gives voice to silence of a man. It acquaints man with all crucial information needed to live meaningful life. This information instill into man that how to live, what is good, bad or evil. It also tells him what purpose of life and his existence is. Philosophy studies nature of the nature and passes the findings to the man. Thales, an eminent philosopher in Greece lived from 624 BC to 527 BC, proved his mettle by working on science of politics, Biology, Ethics etc. Almost every pre-Socrates philosopher followed him and admired his writing. He explained natural phenomenon without reference to mythology; and his writing had a direct bearing upon people’s lives. Many philosophers, after him, followed in attempting to provide an explanation of ultimate substance, change, and the existence of this world. Thales’ rejection of mythology explanation became an essential idea for the scientific revolution, leading to the age of reflection or romanticism in science. Similarly, Aristotle (384 BC-322 BC), a Greek philosopher, also contributed to the fact that what is the reason behind men’s existence. His writing covers many subjects like linguistic, politics, government, ethics to name but a few. Today’s politics, economics, and government are greatly influenced by such philosopher. In view of the above mentioned facts, there is no harm to say that philosophy has its own place in people’s lives. Today’s freedom of speech and reforms in many countries are predominantly attributed to these philosophers. They shaped the human lives in a meaningful manner, because life without philosophy is meaningless. WC(273) |

It is hard for an empty bag to stand upright
This is a symbolic proposition that unveils the anecdote of empty bag. Here’s an empty bag indicates an empty stomach .Moreover hunger is such an evil that can cajole anyone. An empty stomach person goes beyond the moral limits. The fire of hunger is direly needed to be extinguished. Hunger is caused due to paucity of resources .Mean while it has become very hard for a destitute to show a moral attitude. Less economic resources constrained the poor in the chain of helplessness. Holy prophet (PBUH) once said hunger makes an individual too helplessness to believe in god and ultimately tend to make one godlessness. Human has divided the world into two spheres, developed and under developing by advanced technology and economic incentives. The under developing countries have suffered from scarcity of several resources that render social evils and caused anarchy in the society. Doubtless poverty is deemed as major obstacle in the way of progress. In the country like Pakistan a large part of population is under the cloud of poverty. It is seemed as an incurable disease due to lack of effective policy that can vaccinate the poverty disease. In this context major part of population falls in the darkness of poverty and helplessness, and cripples the moral structure of society. Third world countries failed to make a flawless policy to resolve the impoverishment issue. An effective policy is dire needed to provide some relief to poorness but rather doing this the policy is made in a way that it is empowering the rich at horse’s pace, while a poor is being neglected in all walks of life. Moreover a rich is becoming richer and poor is falling in deep darkness of disgrace. Consequently such a system might render lawlessness in society. A destitute might indulge in the social evils like theft, robbery to extinguish the fire of hunger. All that means that an empty stomach is unable to show moral attitude. Islam the religion of peace a mankind preaches and strongly emphasis the egalitarian society. Islam does not allow drawing line of discrimination on the basis of caste, creed and wealth. Moreover Islamic teaching shows a path of successful in world and hereafter .Islam introduced a system of zakat though which a helpless is benefitted with some relief. A rich person by following the teachings of Islam spends few economic resources in the name of zakat to ameliorate the misers. In this way the fire of hunger and helpless is extinguished up to some extent. Consequently it would not be wrong to say that a helpless becomes a toy in the hand of rich who exploits the basis of right of a destitute .At the same time poor is unable to stand on his feet due to lack of resources, ultimately fall in the darkness of disgrace. In this context the dictum is beautifully and wisely quoted that an empty bag is unable to stand upright. |

Assess my expansion as well,"Impossible is often untried"
By quoting a famous phrase,"No one can stop you, only you can stop yourself",portrays the content of the theme, that by striving hard and immense struggle every goal of life can be achieved.
Nothing is impossible in life, the word impossible itself depicts not possible, which means its our own perception and interpretation about our objectives that whether it can be intervened or not.But if we stand still and destine to our journey, then no force of world can stop us from achieving our desires. Usually the things which are considered as impossible are un-explored and untried. It is a famous saying where there is a will there is a way.If the hopes are lost at the beginning of a task, then it would definetly leads us to failure. In a similar fashion if stands on firm footings and with clear intentions we can turn impossible into possible. The founder of Pakistan,Mr. Jinnah has rightly said,“Think 100 times before you take a decision, But once that decision is taken, stand by it as one man.” The quotation is clear in its meaning, and Pakistan was the result of similar piece of thought. All developing nation of the world has reached to prosperity and fame with vigour, passion and hard work.Example of China can be quoted here, which got independence after our country, and where does they stand is in front of all of us.So cutting our story short it can be deduce that nothing is impossible in life, the only possibility lies in our pessimism, confusive strategy, wrong perception and lack of will. |
