Default plz seniors check my expansion on, "Nearer The Church,Farther From God"

The axiom disproves a strongly held conviction that prolonged physical connection with the corridors of worshipping places makes one close to God.Conversely,it is love, meditation and complete spiritual devotion that cements the bond between he and His servant.

Mostly, one's continuous practice of bowing down to God is merely to invoke Him for his personal benefits.A lot of people spend too much time revering God whenever any calamity befalls them. Also their intentions are impure, and their heart filth with greed and self-importance.They are unconscious that successful pursuit of God entails an unconditional remembrance irrespective of whether he is in a church,a temple or a mosque alongside the purity of his intentions.

In todays world, many religious scholars have confined and seemingly consecrated themselves to religious education in Madressahs.Nevertheless, they have only erupted the flames of religious intolerance. On the other hand,a great many prominent mystics such as RUMI preached love.Sincere love cleanses heart where God actually lives.

Despite all this, none but a few people do live in the world who are immensely close to God beside passing their entire time in religious corridors.

But these are the people who having been tired of wordly tensions and afflictions turn their attention towards more tranquil and serene places. Finally, sitting inside the places of worship genuflecting to God without sincere love and devotion is tantamount to chasing one's own tail.As it is a wise saying of Bulleh Shah that "Destroy temples!Destroy Mosques!Never break anyone's Heart,as God dwells on it".
