the mechanic is repairing my car at the moment
at the moment my car is being repaired by the mechanic

i filled the bucket with water
the bucket was filled with water by me
or
the bucket was filled by me with water

has someone posted my letters?

we will prosecute trespassers
trespassers will be prosecuted by us

the roar of the lion frightened me
i was frightened by the roar of the lion

mothers should not spoil their children
children should not be spoiled by their mothers

why did no one informed me of the change in the programme?
why i was not informed of the change in the programme by anyone?

he closed the suitcase in a hurry
the suitcase was closed by him in a hurry
the suitcase in a hurry was closed by him

Your technique and grammar are fine. However, the arrangement for the following should be reconsidered:

the mechanic is repairing my car at the moment
My car is being repaired at the moment by the mechanic

i filled the bucket with water
the bucket was filled with water by me (this is right)

why did no one informed me of the change in the programme?
why was I not informed of the change in the programme by anyone? Correct this one please. We do not change the sense of the question is active voice/passive voice conversion.

he closed the suitcase in a hurry
the suitcase was closed by him in a hurry

my servant brought a cup of tea for me
a cup of tea for me was brought by my servant

thanks alot sir for a quick response , how much the arrangement matters , if i cant get the arrangement right will it affect the score

secondly how one considers which one arrangement is more good, as you have corrected it clicks ones mind ,

how the arrangement is done as grammatical portion is explained in the book but not the arrangement , should we do it by common sense

Dear if you talk about CSS exam then there is no such question, Active voice and Passive voice is not included in pattern of CSS paper for English composition..
order does matter but the way you have ordered was also acceptable and the changes made by other user are also worthwhile...

yeah you are right that pair of words consistently have been the part of composition paper but it was only in CE 2012 that these are replaced by 10 MCQs, i have no idea whether these will form the part of composition paper this time or not but you must stay prepared...

for expansion you must practice to write on different topics, it is just like a mini Essay...

Expansion is basically a mini essay as i said, you gotta write a note of 250-300 words on a given topic of your choice.

while in Comprehension you have to answer questions at the end of a para, the question will be from the given para but you have to get the essence of the para to answer them...

No nothing else is missing, except Active/ Passive voice, you are preparing the things that have to be prepared
...

These things are unpredictable. One cannot avoid importance of A.V and P.V. Does FPSC tell us the questions which are going to appear in paper? Nay, it doesn't.
You can go through papers of 2002, 2003, 2004, and many others. They have given active voice and passive voice, my dear.

For your information, A.V and P.V is included in pattern of CSS.

You have not wasted your precious time. It was told in a way and you thought that you wasted it. A.V and P.V can appear in CSS. As, they have given many times in past. Dear, knowledge never goes futile. A.V and P.V is essential for everyone who learns English.

If only you get me.

Regards,

He just asked in the perspective of CSS composition paper, if you go to past there are certain things that used to be the part of it but the things that have become obsolete have no importance for the candidate thereto...

if it is just about learning English, then every thing does matter, after all A.V/P.V are an integrated part of applied linguistics...don't take amiss though...but at this stage they must focus on things that are part of exam, learning English does not sound a good idea at this stage.

they do not have enough time to waste on things that were the part of exam a decade ago and since then there is no sign of them is to be found. i just told him with good intention to save their precious time.

rest is to be decided by the candidate himself, they are taking a benchmark exam, they have all the idea what they must be doing and what they mustn't.

I second you but not comprehensively. You were given fill in the blanks last year, had these not been obsolete?

I assure you it is not wastage of time. Last year many students spent many days in remembering pair of words but they were not blessed with. Certainly, we cannot forecast such things.

If one learns A.V and P.V there is no fault and it is not wastage of time. It can appear this year; no certainty at all.

I hope, you understand what I say.

Thanks
