there is a new rule if i remember correctly that 39 number wala can get an extra number and pass

i gave the title like 'the new bloody war;consequences n prospects' i knw its too childish but i just entitled it without a second thought- i was running short of time- attempted preci in last 20 min- biggest folly of my life
