Default Outline evaluation

Well your data is up to the mark. But remember following things.
1. Create sections in your outline. Do not write so many sub headings under main heading.
2. Always use chronological order. Write important things first and then move in descending order.
3. Do not mess up the data. Arrange in a logical way.
4. Use 'least' instead of NO.
5. Use ABJECT POVERTY instead of extreme poverty.
6. You can write on institution building separately as well.
Pay much focus on above mentioned points( 1+2 especially).

All these factors demonstrate that Pakistan faces serious crisis of governance.

How does it sound dear Bukhari?

Furthermore, your outline has many subheadings. They can be sub divided in to Political, legal, administrative reforms.

I think absence of 'independent judiciary' sounds derogatory. You can use " lack of speedy justice" or something else to convey the pitfalls in Legal System of Pakistan.

Best wishes for you.

[QUOTE=umair jarwar;950897]All these factors demonstrate that Pakistan faces serious crisis of governance.

All these factors are demonstrating that Pakistan is representing a grim picture of poor governance at all fronts.... Dear, all factors mentioned in thesis statement such as rampant corruption, economic meltdown, low public services, terrorism etc describe poor governance in Pakistan. What are characteristics of good governance? Good governance is characterized by factors such as Public Participation, Rule of law, Transparency,
accountability, Strategic vision and effective and efficient bureaucracy.

Dear, i totally agree with you here. It had been much better if i would have arranged these points into various subheadings as mentioned by you.
