So what about east European, African and Asian states??? Does foreign aid help them achieve economic stability????

East European countries have developed not by aid but by better governance. African states have not received aid amount comparable to that of South Asians, specifically Pakistan, because of geo strategic implications. Among the Asian states necessarily the East Asian countries such as South Korea and Singapore are examples where aid has played significant role but the success story lies on governance. The bottom line is that it is the governance and better utilization of resources that brings economic stabilization. Unfortunately, in our case we are devoid of better governance and economic management since 1980s.
