well ! how people's backwardness can become a cause of distress for country ? a government can be backward. but how can individual general people be responsible for a country's regression? can someone help me in making its outline?

It's a truth universally acknowledged that the country is made of its public and it wholly solely depends on how the citizens are ? Whether they are dutiful , truthful or are they corrupt?
The answer for the first question is that how people's backwardness results in the distress of the country? Well if the citizens are uneducated, do not indulge in technology, live with their primitive ideas then how come would they be able to progress and prosper . As the world has turned into a global village and one cannot live in isolation therefore one needs to come out of the shed and face the world by making mark in life which the society approves. And for the second question: Government's backwardness is caused by the people of the country because they make their leaders and their leaders arise within them. If a country is facing recession or regression then the citizens are answerable for their vote for such a leader. See in our common language we say that certain country isn't developing. We talk about the people of the country not the government.
