Dear Sister,
First of all try to interpret the TOPIC of the essay. Look there are two contradictory claims in a single proposition 1) Media is mirror to society 2) Media is Frankenstein model. You have to defend or attack any one of the claim, or you are require to defend one claim and attack the other. What your outline suggests that you are defining both of the claims. I read an essay on French Revolution By T.C.W Blanning. Topic was " French Revolution, Class War or Cultural Clash" in this essay Blanning has attacked the claim of French Revolution as Class war and Argued in favor of French Revolution as Cultural Clash. Nature of this essay is Argumentative but your outline suggest a Descriptive method. Secondly Outline is not enough to judge the whole essay. Outline is like skeleton not whole body. Try to write some paragraphs and express your own ideas that what you think of Media, what is your stand on current media
Regards.

I had taken the neutral point that it is simultaneously a mirror to society and a frankenstein model

I don’t think that the neutrality exists anywhere in the world. Secondly in Essay paper you have to take stand and for that purpose you must have to sacrifice your “neutrality”
Let me rephrase the main claim.
You are asked 1) Is Media Mirror to society? OR
2) Is it a Frankenstein Model?
You have to answer one of these two questions and construct an argument in defense of your answer
your outline suggests that you are answer the question: What is the importance of media? And you are saying that it important because of being the fourth pillar of State. You are going to a wrong direction.

Now let’s suppose if you say “Our Media is Mirror to our Society” than first of all you shall deconstruct the concept of media for example say:
Electronic and Print Media
Now lets take Electronic Media, we can say
Our News, Talk Shows are our Media
Our Dramas are our media
Our Morning Shows are our media
Our reality shows, Music Shows are our Media
Our Religious Channels are our Media.
Now lets deconstruct the concept of Our” Society”
Our Culture is Our Society
Politics is our Society
Our Moral values is our Society
Our ideology is our society
Our youth our women is our society
Now we have to show how all these news, talk shows, dramas, morning shows, etc Mirror (or Reflect) our Culture, Politics, Moral Values, Ideology, etc etc.

You can say that our news channel highlight the basic issues of common people
You can say that in talk shows politicians openly criticize each other that reflect the democratic aspect of our society.
You can say that our dramas reflect our true culture these based on social norms such as marriages, family problems etc. Secondly they do not show material that is not acceptable to our moral values of society such as sex violence.
You can write about cultural diversity of society reflected in media
Religious Diversity is reflected by telecasting programs of every sect and there channels of every sect like QTV, Madani Channel, Haq TV
In short your essay should not betray your main answer. Don’t answer irrelevant questions like importance of media, history of media, relation of media and politics. Just answer how media reflects the social norms of our society.
