That’s interesting, because two of my friends appered for css 2017 and both said the sheets were of very good quality. And they both do not know each other so they both csnnot be making this up

Did you too appear in 2017?
There is an easy way to resolve the issue over the quality of the sheets.
Those aspirants who appeared in 2017, can anyone recall if the sheets were of white color or did they have off-white (color hinging towards yellow) color.
The white ones are superior to off-white ones as these off-white ones are thin and hence the ink spreads very quickely on them.

No, I didn't. Sheets are always white.

Yes you can do that. There's no restriction on that. But it is advised to start your composition paper with precis. If you leave it to the end, the quality of your precis will be compromised.

Well that settles the debate: i can deduce that the sheets are of medium quality, neither super 3rd class poor quality nor ultra high end like those in ‘dalmation’ registers.
Just about the normal, writable quality if i am not wrong.
