Please, clairfy this related to Precis exam 2018.
There were two words that were used in this year’s Precis:
“Saqafat” and “Taswwuf”. I translated it as “civilization” and “asceticism”. However, Saqafat was used 4 times. 3 times I used civilization and once I used ‘culture’. Now, some people have opined that I, and indeed many others who perhaps used the same words, may be penalized. Should we expect being penalized? |

You mean translation. In which case it's less serious than precis – only 10 marks. I doubt it will lead to a zero but yes, maybe a penalty. Made the same mistake myself.
