Tbh, there are a lot of irrelevant areas. Try to write to the point, like you dont need to explain what social media is, also don't try to touch too many areas. What you can do is touch certain important and most relevant/recent areas like politics, religion and social issues and then give multiple arguments to justify the emerging power of social media.
