@ KAWISH
you are right. you can give your essay those touches that you have mentioned above. and I think it is the accomplished essay that shows these qualities, merely judging the outline will not provide that insight into it.

@ Sabah Hunzai
it seems absurd but it is obligatory to the candidates, appearing in Essay paper, to have their essays a touch of those all conditions which are, usually, mentioned in the "Note" written after the condition of the length of the Essay. the purpose of imposing this condition is to assess the candidate's ability as if s/he can produce a piece of writing that includes various kinds of essay.
Seniors may have some more important points regarding this issue. I would love to read their comments in this regard.

@ Sabah Hunzai
to be frank and straight forward, I am sharing my own experience with you people. It was my 3rd and last attempt in CSS, though i passed Essay paper my earlier attempts but what I learned from the past is that, writing essay under conditions, is obligatory to all. In 2006, i tried my luck but failed in current affairs papers, and in 2007, i was bogged down by English Precise and Composition. but in essay, I scored 48 in 2006 and 40 in 2007.
the point i want to mention here is that,if you believe me I just wrote 8 and 1/2 pages on essay, "Every solution breeds a new problem." in 2006, and 24 pages, with facts and figures on "Global Warming". comparatively i analyzed my both attempts regarding essay, 2006 did not require any "Note" conditions and a freelance writing scored 48, but 2007 required "Note" conditions which I ignored and i just passed the paper. I had hoped a score above than 60, but I meekly passed it. So what conclusion i derived, is that, we should strictly follow the instructions.
so in my 2009 attempt, I kept it in my mind and tried to give my essay all touches those were required by the examiner. I wrote my essay on "Status of Women in Islam". many people discouraged me saying that it was a mistake to choose this topic. but frankly speaking, when I read the question paper, i could write on more than 6 six topics easily, as everyone knows it was an easy paper. but I went through all those topics and tried to figure out that in which i could write my essay, while i could incorporate the "Note" conditions into it. thus i stopped on "Status of Women in Islam" and i did it. With the great blessings of All mighty Allah, this time i have cleared it. so Believe on yourself, follow the requirements of the paper setter and start your essay. You'll surely get your desired marks, Insha Allah.
and always try to write your essay on such a topic which is not controversial, and try to avoid those topics which end with the "ism". (this piece of advice is usually given to the aspirants, preparing in academies, and i also preferred it)
this is my own point of view, some people may have different point of views. they are welcome. I would love to hear them here. and i request the seniors kindly share their own experienced opinion..
thanks..
regards
Yawer

@Yawer, thanks for sharing your rich experience, it is indeed a great lesson for all the begginers, including me, who are going to appear first time. your point shared by others too regarding avoidance of topics bearing 'ism' is well taken.

@Naqvi

and
