F-judicial activism:good or bad

e-fundamental rights,missing persons IDPs
f-impacts on war on terror
g-impacts on international relations
G-there is a thin lne b/w wanted n unwanted jud. activism

Good to read your outline. but a few points to be kept in mind, that how would you incorporate the conditions imposed by the papers setter of the Essay, for example, Essay should be, Narrative, Descriptive, Exposition touch, (Obviously Argumentative touch you already have given to it) but what about the remaining conditions. what have you thought about these points???
keep it in your mind that a major cause of the failure in Essay is merely following the Argumentative method while neglecting the other above mentioned conditions for an Essay in CSS......
Do think about it.....

aoa kashif,azhar n yawar baloch g thank u so much for your precious advices,n kashif g ya im happy now.thnk u again .
to make this essay narrative n descriptive more details abt judicial sys in pak,new judicial policy n previous as well,prospects of judicial independence in our society n finally role of judiciay in general can b added.
do correct me if im wrong.

Yawer Baloch, in his response said, one has to give in his essay the touch of descriptive, narrative, expository, and argumentative style.

please seniors remove my confusion, whether in all type of essays one has to give the touch or not.

what I was thinking is;

it depends on the topic whether you are gona write argumentative essay, descriptive essay, narrative essay or expository essay. but it is not mandatory to give the blend of all the traits.

your essay may be either arugumentative or narrative..

but applying all seems absurd.......
