salaam..
i attepmted "natural disaster and government preparedness" in CE 2011. i need ur sincere comment on outline of my essay..

-what is disaster?
-forms of disaster; natural and man-made disaster
-examples both of disasters
-whats is disaster management
-table of disaster with reference to their %age destruction which they cause
-fact and figures of deaths and destruction of various disaster.
-disaster management in two steps
1. pre disaster steps
2. post disaster steps
disaster management in th form of a circle,
*pre disaster includes mitigating steps, awareness campaigns, constructions etc etc
*post disaster includes relief, recovery, reconstruction and rehabilitation.
-what is government preparedness?
-preparedness a set of pre-disaster measures to mitigate hazard
-examples of current hazards including current disaster of haiti and flood of -pakistan(with facts and figures)
-analysis of pakistan government's preparedness
-role of the disaster management authority of pakistan in flood
-role of relief missions
-suggestions for the preparedness.
-conclusion
