guys today i was writing essay on health issue but i when i asked to one of the csp officer he said ...its not imp topic n past papers also dun have any topic regarding health.....but anything can happen in css exam

bu u can write and practice sumthng which will help u in exam.....have u seen any essay on health issue in past papers............ thr are so many other opics which u can write n pracice which will also help u in exam ......to write essay u need material..n when u will write on health issue not so imp thn ur wasting ur preparation tym ..if u will write on like democracy or dictaorsip the burning issue of now adays....u will collect material for it n dis will help u to construct outline in exams also....dats what i believe....but every one has their own opinion.....

Avoid regular use of "Netspeak" or other "cute" grammar or spelling (For example: writing "R U a woman?" instead of "Are You a woman?"). Abide by Forum Rules and Policies.

yes you are right. But There are two main requirements to write and essay.

1. You should now the pattern of writing an essay.
2. Strong command on writing english.

And as for as material is concerned, So material regarding health issue is very easy to attain. which includes:

No. of hospitals in a city.
MCC of every province.
YDA nowadays is a very imp topic.
Conditions of hospitals.
Recently a cough syrup causing death of several people
etc etc.
All the material is available on net, news etc.

But if you want to study according to past papers. So it is also a good option. Carry on. MAY ALMIGHTY ALLAH help you.

An essay that needs a huge lots of information and research is a trap with no way out, at least in my opinion. Remembering and quoting all this information and exact figures in the right place with perfect grammar in just 3 hours is no easy target. I reckon, we should go for an essay that needs nothing more than general knowledge, like, English as a medium of education in Pakistan. Everyone can easily find 6 or may be 7 points in favor of and then 6 or 7 against this topic. Discuss all these 12 to 14 points together in the introduction and also in conclusion. It can give you 15 to 16 pages with ease - One more thing! these topics are always debatable, there are no rights or wrongs, you can give every argument you find reasonable.

the topic 'Democracy' sounds familiar but gets tricky, needs a heck lot of info and analyses of democracies around the globe and it's easy to make mistakes in such topics. It's just my opinion though.

I have been asked by several members of the group to post the Most Expected Essays for CE - 2013. It has been quite a risky thing to do since the future of the young aspirants is at stake.I can only give my GUESS in this regard and that too in the form of Topics, and not the Essays.I'll go step by step in this egard.

There is a very good chance of an Essay relating Social Media, its significance, Current Scenario, Effects on society and country, and the suggestions for making it even more effective.

This is another very very important essay that is quite expected in the forthcoming exam. It is significant for the fact that an essay on Women is sure to come, and the Malala incident makes this issue even more conspicuous.
3. CORRUPTION AND ITS EFFECTS ON ECONOMY
Again, these two are the most talked-about issues for some time now. Corruption has had quite denting effects on our economy. Therefore, you had better prepare Corruption in relation to its effects on Economy.
4. GOOD GOVERNANCE
The issue regarding Governance has been the talk of the time for so long now. And the Govt. had evidently failed to cope with the trauma regarding Governance.
5. WATER CRISIS AND ITS EFFECTS ON AGRICULTURE AND ENERGY
6. GLOBAL WARMING
