Hmm..... ESSAY is depended on your ability, ability to draw facts, ability to express your opinion with appropriate words, ability to represent your stance, ability to write in a sequence.........
without garamatical mistakes.

AOA,

1st I recommend you to consult with any B.A grammar and composition book and just go through the essays. You'll find simple, sound and good stuff just to get the idea. Take the idea and practice it daily. Make outlines and write the essay. Don't cram anything. If you consult books to pass CSS essay paper written by xyz authors, you'll definitely be misguided. Because I myself have seen such books and i found plenty of irrelevant and confusing material written over there. The essence to pass essay paper by good marks is having simple english, free of grammatical mistakes and most importantly; to be on the topic of the essay. Don't write long stories or use tough vocabulary unless you are pretty sure about it. When you practice essays by taking the idea and writing by yourself, you'll surely be able to pass this paper.

I again tell you, consulting with essay books for CSS is definitely the waste of time. Though I know topics are very limited in B.A grammar and composition book, but yet you'll find normally 80-100 essays that would give you the idea and your time will be saved. After getting the idea, its expansion is your work. 2nd To enrich your knowledge, vocabulary and writing, you should read DAWN newspaper daily. Make your habit, start with sports / entertainment news to develop interest in it (if you feel pathetic in reading DAWN like I felt once upon a time) and you'll slowly be moved towards other significant sections of the newspaper that would surprisingly benefit not only your writing skills and vocabulary but also be quite helpful in knowing current affairs. Being the aspirant, I have adopted this strategy and Alhumduillah, its v v v helpful.

Profound regards,
RMKamran.

Default time is running up ….

Dear , it is not a cushy job , as we all know because time is running up. I will advise you to prepare two ever green topics, like Education and Gender Inequality by hook or by crook. Paradigms of essay is being changed by FPSC every year, so try to reach each and every corner and absorb maximum. Try to write by your self, never rely on books because its just only wastage of time specially at the nick of time.
To built up the professional aptitude for articulation and vocabulary , you should read DAWN news daily .

Regards

AOA,

What I am consulting is "B.A english simple grammar and composition written by Zia-ur-Rehman Khan".

Its good enough and also covers enough part of CSS english precis and composition paper as well.
But, do remember, you should have to read DAWN daily, it'd polish your written skills, knowledge and vocabulary as well. Remember me in your prayers.

Profound regards,
RMKamran.
