Your points are good but I think you need to add more in the remedies section. i.e. you need to elaborate point 7.

Yes agreed with Samreenz.

Elaborate point 7. Dont tell the examiner 'Go and read yourself what points i ve discussed as remedies'

One important aspect is the EFFECTS OF POVERTY. Again add points like crime, lawlessness, diseases etc

IT also influence poverty as it carry information about jobs , investment oppertunities , market prices etc

So its actually education contributing toward poverty , not IT ,
like i am educated that's why i am on CSS forum and preparing for competitive exam and so on , were i not , what would i do with computer or any thing related to it . So i think its education , with good education people do miracles , less educated get less and uneducated get nothing .

What do you say ?
