hi everyone.
i attempted the topic : Violence is the large refuge of the incompetent.
i explained the meaning of the essay as, weak(incompetent) people largely rely on violence but i have heard that in most of the centers a correction was made in the above mentioned topic. it was corrected as : Violence is the last refuge of the incompetent.
i want to know in how many centers they announced the correction because where i was sitting(govt islamia college for women.lines area.saddar,karachi) no such correction was announced.
also the corrected topic is not making proper sense.

I attempted the same essay. Correction was made in my center with initial 10 minutes. 'Last' does make sense as the incompetent opt violence as a last option after he fails to achieve his aim by other means.

Last does not make sense because violence is last choice for everybody, even competent

yeah correction was made in my centre also after twenty minutes, nd meaning is more comprehensive nd clear with last rather than large......

in the center of Bahawalpur no such correction was announced.will it affect our essay marks???it is not our fault....

In our Center in Rawalpindi, the correction was made at 1030 am which was ridiculous.

And also, in essay paper we can not risk to correct the sense or non-sense of the question paper ourselves.

I raised my voice as to how this stupidity can occur. In essay we can do only one question and that too is Essay and subject has been typed incorrectly. This speaks of the very efficiency of the FPSC.

Yes, correction was announced after 10am in Rawalpindi, violence is the LAST refuge of the incompetent is correct sentence, it is the saying of Isaac Asimov.
