22 , 26 and 48 were absolutely wrong but 11 , 31, 46 are also confusing .

31. Walnuts can be broken in the hand by squeezing two together but not one. It is because of :

a) Work done
b) Power
c) Energy
d) Volume
e) None of these

Quote:
i thought impulse should be the answer but work done is also correct( seems logical) . this question is a teaser i am confused .

46. Hepatitis A is transmitted to different individuals by :
a) Water
b) Sneezing
c) Spit
Quote:
d) Foeces
e) None of these

Quote:
read this one is biology book 1 intermediate Punjab textbook board .but as i never studied bio so i cant be sure .
11. A six feet tall lady wants to see her full image in a plane mirror . The minimum length of the mirror will be :
a) 6 feet
b) 12 feet
c) 4 feet
d) 3 feet
e) None of these

Quote:
none of these can also be correct because she can also see her full image in a smaller mirror say 2 feet 9 inches . I think that size of the mirror doesn't really matter the point is how far you are standing away from a mirror . The farther away the smaller you appear .but 3 feet can be correct too as its the smallest of the options . FPSC should not play with us like that.

Fore question no. 50.

animals get carbon dioxide as a result of process of respiration. In the process of respiration, Glucose is broken down into carbon dioxide and ATP molecules. So source of carbon dioxide in animals is Glucose. Starch is a storage of excessive glucose in Plants only. Animals store this excessive glucose in the form of glycogen. This glycogen is not directly burnt and converted into energy but first transformed into glucose and then into carbon dioxide and energy.

F*d is not the logic here! in crushing a walnut you need to exert more force. you are not moving any mass across any distance.

Plus for 43: The answer is not Budding. Budding is not a sexual form of reproduction in plants. it's asexual form of reproduction. The correct answer was 1 where the male and female organs reside in the same organism (as far as i could recall happens in snails etc). The rest of the three were all asexual in nature. in the papaer i was confused about a and e.

Your answer is correct. Another example of this type is Earthworm. It also contains both male and female sexual organs therefore its called hermaphrodite.
