Default Confusion in the cabinet mission

Confusion. Kindly help.
Dear members
Some writers have mentioned Baluchistan in Group B of the cabinet mission plan while some historians such Qureshi and Hamid have not mentioned Baluchistan in their books. I am confused. Kindly remove my confusion with authenticate references.

Thanks

Default last bid to keep India united

The provinces were divided into 3 sections, Section A comprised 6 Hindu majority provinces, Madras, Bihar, Bombay, U.P., C.P., Orissa; Section B comprised NWFP, Punjab and Sindh and Group C comprised Bengal and Assam. The princely states were given 93 seats. It also contained provision of the proposal of interim government.
