1. Low yield or production (raw material) - land reforms ,water management, agricultural development

2. Politicisation and nepotism- appointment on merits (plus on the basis of competence level)

3. Energy crisis- alternate sources etc

4. Declining foreign direct investment- improving law n order, curbing corruption

5. Poor management - Good governance

6. Corruption - Accountability

7. Natural disaster - (decreases yield,destroys infrastructure)-curbing impacts of climate change

8. Technological backwardness- improving education and tech development

9. Circular debt - Improving taxation system ++

10. Political instability -hampers industrial growth, re-appointments, industry and economy are overshadowed by political dilemmas

+ Job insecurity (Unemployement)

>Forced locl outs

>Installment of latest technological equipments reduced the force of labour in the industrial as well as agricultural sectors.

+ Inadequate wages

> Exploitation of human labour by land lords in Agriculture and technocrates in Industry. trade and transport.
> Low paiments high inflation
(Practices of insufficient emoluments to the labouring class were discouraged to some extent when Govt. fixed a sum of 7000 rs as the least amount to be paid to a worker in pakistan)
the issue is yet to be resolved...
>there are no family funds allocated for education and health of labour's children
>No pensioning mechanism as for Goverment servants.

+ Improper workstations
>Use of bio chemical fuel in Industry entails human health hazzards.
>workstations are formed irrespective of heath care facilities.
>Mortality rate increased in minning and construction fields.
thousands of workers died while working.

+ Labour rights protection policy
labour law needs review so as to provide for effective rights protection policy

One more problem to add, our industry does not have too many platforms available, we have not been able to locally establish modern day industries which can manufacture electronic appliances, automobiles, aviation vehicles, defense equipment etc etc. We have a small industrial base and even that is mostly agro and textile industry which does not require highly skilled labor, this has an impact on our society as well.

Another issue with industrialization is political power is in firm grip of feudal and agricultural lords who are resisting full scale industrialization of the country with all their power. The biggest proof of these lords' biasness is the taxation system of the country.
