Salam Mods, Seniors, Csps !

Nowadays i am working on the study plans of Pakistan Affairs n also solving the past papers. Although i have appeared twice in the CSS exams but i still feel some difficulties in some questions.

Please give your suggestions to solve this question, this question has appeared twice in the previous years.

1996: Compare and contrast the Nehru Report & Quaid-i-Azam's fourteen points?

2001: Make a critical comparison of Nehru Report and Quaid-i-Azam's fourteen points?

Tell me how can we compare the points of both leaders because Jinnah's points are fourteen while the Nehru's points are six.
How can we compare and contrast them.
Please also make the headings of the question.

Nehru's report talked about government with powers vested in center whereas jinnah talked about provincial autonomy

Nehru's report offered less Muslim representation, Jinnah asked for muslim representation in center and provinces

Compare likewise the other points as well.

in nehru report demanded to make hindi official langage
role of viceroy in forgein affairs and army
self governing dominions
nehru demanded unitory system while qauid demanded fedralsystem

Salam Dear Mods, Aspirants n CSPs!

Please help me to solve these questions n give me your suggestion regarding solution.

1996: Muslim separatism received powerful boosts from Islamic Ideology, Quaid-i-Azam's dynamism & political sagacity and inherent Hindu bias against Muslims. Interpret events from history to support this contention?

1998 & 1999: Without Quaid-i-Azam 's dynamic and chrismatic leadership the Muslims of South Asia would never have achieved a separate homeland.Discuss.

are these two questions same or distinctive? The strategy of answer should be same or is this one question but written in different ways.
