kindly resolve my confusion about the Jinnah's Title " Quaid-e-Azam.
who first gave him the Title Maoulana Mazhar-ud-din or Mian Feroz-ud-Din Ahmad and when?

Mazhar ud din gave the title, i think in 1938 and firoz ud din , for the first time, raised the slogan "Quaid e Azam Zindabad" in 1939 at lucknow session. i don't exactly remember the dates, but it was something alike.
