Sovereignty in name only Belongs to Allah alone but the constitution contains certain clauses that are repugnant to islam so how do you justify that sovereignty?

I am quoting from Imam Ghazali imam Shafi Sunnah and Quran. Cannot provide you reference at the spur of the moment. However you can google and you will fine plethora of references.

Constitution of Pakistan does grants right to minorities to propagate. You can read the objective resolution and you will find the same wording in clause number 4 or 5 and you know that objective resolution has been incorporated mutatis mutandis in the constitution of Pakistan do go through that

I already told you that system im elaborating is hard to implement but just because we are incompatible to implement that we should not deny the law of God altogether

It doesn't mean that the narrative carried on by extremist is always wrong

Legal system is subdivision of political system as the political system cannot work without legal system.

Islamic system of governance cannot be explained in few lines one has to go through Quran Sunnah and relevant portion of history.

Just because one cannot go through the Islamic literature one should not deny the very existence of political islam as respected member you have denyed the PROPAGATION part because you never read the relevant portion of constitution.
This is where the real problem exists we follow liberal fascists of dawn Tribune and economist that are oblivious of the spirit of Islam

Other than the ambiguities on interest, what laws repugnant to Islam are there?

References to what? I tried to find out the hadith about beggars but could not.

Clause 7: "...adequate provision shall be made for the minorities freely to profess and practise their religions and develop their cultures."

Please find the word 'propagate' for me in the Objectives Resolution. You do understand the meaning of 'propagate', I take it?

Extremism, particularly ideological extremism, is always wrong and destructive. That is why it's called extremism in the first place.

Okay, I'll not ask you to explain theories. I'll just ask a few simple questions which can be answered easily if there is any such system:

1. How is the caliph to be chosen?
2. If not universal suffrage, then what is the mechanism of election?
3. What about women's right to vote?

Just three basic questions.

I don't know, I might be mistaken but I couldn't fine the propagation part in the resolution. See if you can help me.

Kindly don't indulge in ad hominem; it only makes things ugly.

Real knowledge is also a Divine gift and if someone use that for the betterment of the human lot, then it can't be called Un-Islamic. The end of Islamic governance system and of the democratic system is same. The difference is that of means to that end and even that difference is not so vast to actuate somebody to call the democratic system as un-Islamic. But if one renounce it because of the corruption of the democratic actors then she/he is missing the point. Allama Iqbal says that: "Jamhoriyat wo tarze hukomat hai k jis mein, Bando ko gina karthe hein tola nahe karte" but his this statement has lost its flavour because this defect can be easily fixed by employing the system of weighted voting. Moreover, Islam emphasise more and more upon equality, equality in dignity and human worth and so is the case with democracy. Regards

Chapter 1 Fundamental Rights
20 (a) Every citizen shall have the right to profess, practice and propagate his religion

But Gypsified was right, the word PROPAGATE wasn't in the Objective Resolution.

But contrary to the constitution, Qadianis cannot propagate their faith according to 298-C of PPC.

That's all very well, but do you have answers to the questions I raised? Go ahead, please tell us about this Islamic political system of yours which is an easy pretext to play on the religious sentiments of the people. I'll be waiting.

Not just them; no one can really do that other than the Taliban and their sidekicks.

I think this is the first time I agree with what you've said in its entirety. Well said. The point is to serve the people, not mindlessly ape the regressive conventions laid down thousand years ago.

I assure you I can do much better than your lousy attempts at humor/sarcasm but that's beside the point. See if you get some help from your class in answering my questions.
