They updated it on time but people are crazy and credit goes to CSPs and academies , always posting such a nonsense , getting shit out of poor aspirants

Well, I don't use SM as much as most people do but at this stage of preparation when I've spent whole year for CSS it is really very stressful. Govt is informing us at this stage, isn't it too late?
Don't you think announcement should have been before july?

Actually It is not a new topic it was under discussion since long .They were ready to implement it prior to 2020 css , but it was rejected ,reason was same as it is now ,too late to introduce. and if you have spent whole yeAR studying then you should not worry
