they should have decided and announced the screening test for CE 2022 by June 2021.

Yes Sir,
Even tough i am not even eligible for css anymore but even i think these changes should have been allowed much earlier
Anyways let’s wait for official notification/information
Maybe there will be some kind of relief too, hopefully.....

In css-2019, the registrations started in November 2018 and registration deadline was 12th December 2018 if i am not mistaken..... No reform was implemented that year too

What about Fawad Chaudhry's announcement? Would it be for CSS 2023?

According to Sir Adeel Niaz (CEO JWT) advertisement will be out in mid-Dec and screening test will be in mid-Feb and the actual CSS exam will be after Eid i.e May 2022.

Yes It is also written there on Fpsc website under css exam tab ,that jobs will be available in December but no screening test mention ,so it is obvious ,there is screening test awaiting.
