please help...
in application form, the applicant is asked to mention the date of result announced, I am bit confused which date should I mention.

date on result card?
or
the one when the result appeared in press? (Which ofcourse I have forgotten)

@ ali; dear brother, there is no need to mention for such a things, if you have got some good certificates/prizes in any field e.g. scouting, debating contest or even in cricket etc. only thn you need to mention it.

@ sabah, just mention the date which is written on result card.

Just submitted the forms at Lahore office. They are accepting the forms, and their time is 80 AM to 30 PM.

they did not allot roll numbers, just took the form, and gave me a receipt with FPSC stamp, date and signature of the person on counter.

Roll numbers will be allocated later after the scrutiny of the form, I believe.

Have you guys attached 4 pictures separately and one on the application form ??? or did u go for 3 pics separately and and one on the application form ?
and what does it mean about the statement which says that All documents attached with the form must be numbered in continuation with the page of the application form in the following sequence

I attached 5 pictures. The counter clerk, took one and stapled it at front. He didnt count them, so i would suggest to put up 5 pics, its better having extra with form than being short.

well what i did was that the form is numbered numerically, then the documents i attached were numbered by myself in continuation to the numbering on form, like last page of form is 7 so the photocopies start being numbered from 8 onward.
