An idea by a friend (M U S K) and categorically supported by me.

When we signed that forms, provided by that very FPSC, in December 2011, it stated the prevalence of Quota System. It was signed by us, which means a written agreement entered into by us (the candidates) & FPSC. Henceforth, there should not be any doubt about the quota system.

FPSC ne result dia bi to adha. Still lot of tension about my exact position in punjab. Everyone is upset and uncertain except top 30 about there allocation or group

Sir you have mentioned the quota of Top 60 candidates in one of your posts. Is that a completely reliable information regarding quota?

In my view, the quota is set to expire on 14 august, 2013 and when the deadline approaches, the parliament will give it a lease of life, hopefully...In any case, our allocations will have been made before the quota expires..
Article 27 clause 1 of the constitution deals with it..

If name of provinces had been mentioned against the name of qualifiers, this statement/line would not make any sense. Therefore, probably, there may be some reason only known to FPSC for not mentioning this.

With respect sir, checking the domiciles of 10 candidates requires a little or no time and is quite easy rather doing the same for 780 candidates.... Sir this is what i think rest you can go with the logic you like.....

Brother, they don't need to check the domicile of every candidate. Data of every candidate is saved in an excel file with different columns like; Name, Roll #, Written Marks, Viva Marks and Domicile etc. They just sort the data merit wise and don't have to check the domicile manually even if they have to do it for thousands of candidates.

This has been done for the first time. Never has this been practised earlier because domicile was always mentioned against candidate's names.

Provincial quota in Federal jobs is extended for another 20 years by the previous Parliament. In my personal opinion, it is also applicable on FPSC and now the quota system has constitutional cover therefore the allocations of CE-2012 will be made accordingly. please visit the source link.
