Well sehrish what all i have to say is
"we shall accept finite disappointment but we must not loose infinite hope".
The passing percentage must not diverge our target although it seems that our marks have been deliberately deducted despite of good attempts.
Try another time "a gamble" that requires sheer courage and enthusiasm.
Remember the examiner will award you marks at his discretion.It does not matters how well your paper went.He wants to see what he thinks.You have attempted the question according to your own perception which has been mismatched with the examiner.Regards:

Surely ce 2013 result was shocking.one of my friend was very confident and his merit position was 282 but as only 2.09% candidates were selected so he was bitterly disappointed but he has applied again and he said to me i will now try to come in first 100 and they will definitely have 100 posts minimum.That's should be ur spirit
