Dear, there are about 35 left over seats of Sindh (R). According to the record of Allocations 2008.

Default CSS 2009 qualifiers : Marks
@ Candidates from Sindh ,Carried over seats are 88, Balochistan 2 female,AJK 1 remaining 85 r for Sindh
Carried over posts are 85 (40+6 female rural,36+3 female urban)+ 19% of 332(probable)
Candidates from Sinndh have scores as under:
600-625 626-650 651-70 0VER 700 total

SINDH (R 24 13 , 24 9 70
SINDH (U) 7 17 5 1 30

hence supposedly all will be allocated , still seats for Sindh U will go vacant.
Breakup of marks is cent percent accurate...
126 candidates are above 700 marks in CSS 2009 , (98 from Punjab, 13 from NWFP,10 from SIndh,2 from Balochistan,1 from AJK, 2 from FATA
