Default Regarding allocation?
Dear Raz , Assalam u alaikum, i want to know that i stand 78th in pakistan and 2nd in fata in css 2009.so what do you thing to which group i would be allocated?my first choice is dmg , 2nd is psp .3rd is custom and 4th is fsp.kindly help me in this regard.

WOA Zahoor Baber brother.
If Fazal Akbar has not kept DMG as his first choice then you will be getting your first choice i.e. DMG. This allocation is further subject to changes in light of distribution of female quota seats according to new method as agreed between FPSC and court.

Default All affectees-Be mentally prepared to visit court against FPSC
I have come to know that FPSC is trying to accommodate CE-2008 affected girls(about 16 in number) in CE-2009 seats, which is totally unjust for CE-2009 qualifiers, particularly, those who are tail enders. Why should we pay for FPSC mistakes? So be prepare for civil suit against FPSC, if they do so.
Pandora box will open on the announcement of CE-2009 Allocations.

no dear they cann't be adjusted against the seats of CE-2009. Only the formula which will be applied for CE-2008 ,applies for CE-2009. Don't worry you will be allocated.But to Postal Group most probably

Raz, i want to know, in the context of what you wrote, that is the verdict of SC going to affect the group/ allocation of those (female candidates) who were already in the safe zone of allocation? if yes, then does it imply that it would improve the group to be allocated, of those female candidates who were already about to be allocated?

Yes, what we anticipated before this verdict can be EVEN more better for female candidates after this verdict in terms of improved group allocation and increased number of female candidates on the cost of male candidates.

It is a matter of only three to four days, picture will be clear and all the ambiguities will be removed.

Dear Raz, thanks for replying to my post.one other question is that there is no female reserved seat in Fata.so then how would it effect the males from fata?
