Yes, you will be allocated. Share of Punjab is 134+16=150 + open merit seats arround 18/19 = 168/169.

Your merit number in Punjab is 164th where as 168th candidate of Punjab will surely be allocated.

Ghulam Farid your probable group will be Postal or Railway.

Three female candidates with following merit numbers in Sindh Rural:

27TH: DMG from woman Quota
54TH: ITG or FSP as per her choice from Woman Quota
67th: ITG or FSP as per her choice from Woman Quota

They won't consume any other seat other than woman quota.

Sorry Sadaf, you have rare chances of allocation. Your allocation totally depends upon those who might not join 38 Common.

As per rough estimate:
Beenish Ashraf Tahir at 255th open merit and 184th in Punjab with 864 marks will be the last female of Punjab in allocation list.

Bro How did you arrive at this allocation list. I mean how did you know people's top preferences or you just used a generic model. Its pretty accurate I must say

Also if you could explain how merit seats are filled since it appears the top few will only use few seats from merit. What happens to the rest?

Brother, it is practically near to impossible that I know the actual preferences of all the 388 candidates. You are right this is a generalized model based on the common preferences of candidates. This allocation doesn't cover those candidates who deviate from common preferences. Like: If a candidate securing first position in Pakistan or in his own province keeps foreign FSP/CEG/ITG his first choice instead of PSP/DMG, in that scenario this general allocation model won't match with the actual allocations. Likewise, that exceptional case will disturb the sequence of other candidates slightly.

Even then, most of the candidates are rightly covered in this excel sheet.

Open Merit Seats:

When a person secures top position in Pakistan and his first preference say for example PSP/DMG is available in open merit seats then he is allocated from open merit seats. But if his first preference is not available in open merit seats then he is allocated from his provincial quota. Keep this rule in mind and start allocating seats from open merit to provincial seats. You will arrive at a rational allocation table. When his first preference is not met from open as well as provincial quota due to unavailability of seats then his 2nd preference is considered initially from open merit seats subject to availability if not then from his provincial quota. This process continues till he is allocated or unfortunately knocked down due to unavailability of any seat till his last preference.

Based on these generalized preferences all the 21 open merit seats go to Punjab but if some of the candidates have deviated from normal preference matrix in that situation some of the open merit seats i.e. arround 3 will be allocated to other provinces.
