Brother same has been de case wd a very gud friend ov mine who appeared in CSS 2008 exams nd he too ws disqualified vcuz ov being overage by 1 days. his case is still pending in court, so i dont think tht dere is ny easy solution to that. court is de only option can go wither way.

If you have prove that your friend is under 28 then contact the admin of FPSC. Otherwise, it is time wasting to buzz FPSC or a court.
