You have done an ill mannered act of pointing out spelling mistakes of someone senior and really helping. One should consider some facts that these mistakes can occur due to chatting habits or some people have slow writing speed so they concentrate more on keyboard then their spellings or tenses.Another thing is that it may be due to shortage of time and it is nice of him that he is contributing that much from his precious time otherwise you may see that 2009 allocated candidates are not participating that much as they were used to be before the announcement. So we should thank him for his efforts rather pointing out that sort of non-sense mistakes. As you yourself have mentioned that there is a spell check in every browser so do you think that he is not capable enough to rectify his mistakes after the checker has pointed them out.

Sir you have rightly said in your post that spelling mistake is not a big issue. so we should not concentrate on these things.

Yara, please sulah kardo, and stick to the topic. Dear thnwo1 message has been conveyed to the concerned person and do not challenge his competency because he is now certified after passing written, psychological and final interview stages. We often remain relaxed while writing into forum so this may be the reason behind these minor mistakes. Try to focus on the spirit of his posts. Besides, Ijaz is a nice member when we evaluate his efforts in helping other members.
